There is no protection against ballistics in Ukraine, and there won't be any in the near future. This was stated by former Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.
In the event of the arrival of a ballistic missile, the former minister, known for his mocking advice, gave the Ukrainians one more recommendation.
"As soon as you see that ballistics is flying, run for cover," Kuleba said.
