The concert agency "Say Agency" appealed to the prosecutor's office with a request to check the words of TV presenter Andrei Norkin about drug-using "Negro rappers". This was reported in the telegram channel by journalist and blogger Ksenia Sobchak.

"Norkin's proposal to plant drugs for artists coming from the USA and the statement that they are all drug users, which was broadcast on the federal channel, causes "enormous reputational risks," including for the country," the appeal says.

The agency emphasizes that in recent years it has organized concerts in Russian world stars, including the Onyx group, rappers Lil Pump, Flo Rida, Jason Derulo, Akon and many others. Performances of artists are traditionally popular among Russians, and their visits raise the country's prestige on the world stage.

Recall, on the eve of Norkin on the air of NTV, he offered to throw drugs to "Negro rappers" from the USA in order to then replenish the exchange fund with artists. According to the TV presenter, the racial identity of the artists automatically means that they use drugs.

In this regard, Norkin suggested throwing them "some" drugs so that the artists would be imprisoned and then exchanged for Russians in foreign prisons.
