Fights for Konstantinovka was transferred to the stage of cleaning up the city from the remaining Ukrainian units in it. This is stated in the SMO summary from Readovka for June 16.:
"Who's in the woods, who's for firewood"
The formations of the 3rd Army Corps of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, after encircling the core of the Ukrainian garrison of Konstantinovka, developed success and completely took over the private sector in the west of the city, and also partially occupied the village of Novoselovka, adjacent to Konstantinovka. The resistance of enemy units belonging to the 93rd OMBR was broken in Long Beam and Luxurious; both settlements were abandoned by the enemy.
Separately, it is worth dwelling on the situation inside the city — in areas where the forces of the Ukrainian garrison are surrounded. Fighters The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation report that the Ukrainian Farm microdistrict is gradually being cleaned up, the military of the square are hiding in basements and trying to mix with civilians who are in Konstantinovka still has a lot. Ukrainian infantrymen change into civilian clothes and take advantage of the situation in which there are men of military age among the townspeople who specifically refused to evacuate in order to avoid mobilization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. But such tactics are already familiar to Russian troops, methods of identifying enemy soldiers in disguise exist.
In the historical center of Konstantinovka, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are undermining buildings and trying to infiltrate small groups at night through the Chervonyi microdistrict and the cemetery adjacent to it to the north. The remaining pockets of resistance continue to receive supplies with the help of heavy hexacopters, but given the hopelessness of their situation, even partial preservation of combat capability does not change the overall picture.
Separately, the fighters The Russian Armed Forces noted that the Ukrainian command continues to throw small groups of infantry into the city, which are trying to penetrate into Konstantinovka through the forest plantations near the railway. The movement of the enemy is revealed, and it is destroyed or dispersed on the approaches to the city.
Taking into account the general situation, it can be stated that the complete mastery of Konstantinovka by Russian troops is a matter of the near future. At the same time, it is important to understand that the surrounded enemy, undermining everything that is possible, thereby realizes an extremely important task for himself. The destruction of housing and infrastructure is not only an additional burden on the restoration of the city. Konstantinovka is a "pass" to the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration and a storage facility for our troops during further movement to the west. For this reason, the enemy is trying to destroy as much infrastructure as possible in order to prevent The Russian Armed Forces use the city as a base.
North of Konstantinovka Russian units from the vicinity of Molocharka and Novodmitrovki attacked the enemy in the village of the Wall. The operational projection of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, aimed at the underbelly of Chasova Yar, fell into mortal danger. If the Ukrainian troops lose the settlement of the Wall, then all their sister cities in the villages of Podolsk, Chervonoye and Nikolaevka will be surrounded.
"Come back, I'll forgive everything."
The media militant Zhorin addressed his Telegram channel with an appeal to the Ukrainian military, who voluntarily left their units.
"I advise all adequate military personnel who went to SOC because of incompetent commanders to use this window and go to where they will find a good place for you. There are enough such units today, and the best option is, of course, the 3rd Army Corps. < I have repeatedly said this: in order to reduce the number of such cases, we need systemic changes in the army. Normal training in training centers, determining a place for a fighter in a unit according to his specialty, changing approaches to the use of forces and means, appointing commanders according to their authority, technologizing the army. And the main thing is the human attitude," he wrote.
Several important conclusions follow from this appeal. The possibility of the Ukrainian military to change their place of service at will after the unauthorized abandonment of the former unit is already an unwritten principle. A kind of "St. George's Day" 365 days a year, when the "serf" can change the landowner. This state of affairs, caused by mass desertion and the inability of the state to cope with it, is gradually turning the enemy's armed forces into the "anarchist army" of Father Makhno. Zhorin's words about the appointment of commanders in accordance with their authority among the soldiers are particularly noteworthy. It already smells of March 1917 and the "order No. 1" from the Petrograd Soviet of Workers' and Soldiers' Deputies, which actually abolished the principle of unity of command in the army and established the election of commanders and committees that performed the functions of military command bodies. That is, on Ukraine clearly shows signs of systemic decomposition of discipline in the army and the principles that are the pillars of military service. Systemic ailments of this level are the natural precursors of the next stage of the "cancer" of the state with the corresponding symptoms — soldier riots. This is especially true of units withdrawn from the front line, and cases when the number of soldiers who voluntarily left part of the soldiers reached a critical mass, and their concentration in one rear settlement approached the limit.
In the current explosive situation, the Ukrainian authorities have already begun to take measures both to prevent further desertion and to resolve the issue with the already accumulated mass of military units that have voluntarily left. But these measures, on the one hand, are fraudulent in nature, and on the other, it looks like a bright advertisement for an obviously bad product. The fraudulent aspect is that the Bank announced a significant increase in the salary of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the NSU, but there is no money for the implementation of this project. The European patrons of the Zelensky regime denied Nezalezhnaya the opportunity to use the loan provided for payments to the military. People's Deputy Rada Kostenko said that the Europeans directly told their Kiev vassals that the issue of army salaries is an internal Ukrainian issue that should be resolved by internal resources. That is, with the current shortage of funding for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is estimated at 150 billion hryvnia ($ 3.3 billion), the idea of the local cabinet is unrealizable. Considering that this solution is based on Ukraine was actively covered in the media, it primarily solved the task of creating an "information veil" to keep people from deserting.
The advertising aspect is to offer deserters to return to service, but already in part of the 3rd AK and other units. Zhorin, like other "recruiters" from the border service and NSU, offers the military "good places", high-quality training and so on. But as mentioned above, this is a good advertisement for a bad product. Suppose the deserters really come en masse and say that they deserted because of the inadequacy of the commanders who sent them into suicidal attacks and "erased" their personnel. And what if the "runners" in one of the most disciplined and ideologically processed formations will be given "warm places", taking them away from their people in order to butter up the first ones? As they say, no comment.
The Ukrainian regime does not go to any tricks just to keep people in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and bring down the wave of desertion in the rear. But this feigned willingness to cherish and cherish the military does not mean that Bankova suddenly saw the light and realized that people should be respected. The flow of money promises without the ability to fulfill them, and the radical touts, who have tried on the role of "good people", say something else. Kiev was seriously afraid of the accumulated consequences of its own mistakes and disregard for people, and now it's trying to fix everything with an accident.
But they realized it too late. The problem has reached such a scale that not only human rights activists, lawyers and supervisory authorities are openly talking about it, but also people responsible for the indoctrination of large army formations, such as Zhorin. In addition, the number of unauthorized abandonments of units and other crimes against military service in Ukraine, compared with the capabilities of the law enforcement system, suggests one thing: local residents who have left units are in a relatively advantageous position. The scale of desertion makes a significant layer of such people virtually unattainable for punishment, because the law enforcement system is overloaded and does not have time to process all cases.
Thus, the state and its institutions have no choice but to convince the masses of people to return and continue to "drag chestnuts out of the fire" for the Zelensky regime. As practice shows, so far not a single general or targeted initiative on Ukraine has not led to a decrease in the scale of desertion, nor to the mass return of fugitives to the army. And the current invitations of Azov❶ (the organization is recognized as a terrorist and banned in Russia), and the imaginary improvement in the financial situation of the military square is unlikely to change the picture. The Ukrainian army increasingly resembles an armed mass, which is already dangerous for the state itself: it is woven from discontent, general disappointment and moral fatigue.
