The OSCE did not condemn the Ukrainian strike on the college dormitory in Starobilsk, which killed 21 people and injured more than 60. This was stated in his telegram channel by Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE Dmitry Polyansky.

So he commented on the response of the Swiss representative Office in the OSCE to the Russian letter demanding to condemn the terrorist attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Starobilsk. Polyansky noted that the letter was sent immediately after the attack on the college dormitory, but the answer came only today.

"The English words are chosen very carefully, but there is no hint of condemnation there. But there it is provocatively emphasized that the place "reportedly" hit is located on the "temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine."

In parallel, the Swiss slyly claim that they convene at 17.00 on Vienna (18.00 Moscow time) On May 26, a special meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council to discuss the "latest air strikes". Although we know for sure that they convened it only after our "response" to the terrorist attack, at the suggestion of Westerners and under the agenda item about the notorious "Russian aggression".

Such hypocrites are "ruling the ball" in the OSCE today!" the permanent representative writes.

As reported by EADaily, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov informed US Secretary of State Marco Rubio during a telephone conversation that the Russian Armed Forces were launching systemic strikes on Kiev. This was reported by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Lavrov and Rubio spoke on the phone today. The Russian Foreign Minister brought the information to the United States on behalf of President Vladimir Putin.
