Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan pursues an unfriendly policy towards Russia, cynically using the opportunities provided by our country. This was stated by the chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.

«< It is quite obvious that Russia has done a lot for Armenia to develop, including using our resources. Armenian citizens who come to Russia, they can realize themselves here, help their relatives and friends who have remained in their homeland," he wrote on Twitter. your telegram channel.
"According to the deputies of the State Duma, Prime Minister Pashinyan of Armenia is pursuing an unfriendly policy towards the Russian Federation, cynically using the opportunities provided by our country. It's not fair. We have seen all this on the example of Ukraine. It will not lead to anything good," he said, adding that the attitude towards the residents of Armenia is friendly.

At the same time, Volodin noted, "we cannot continue to hush up the processes that are taking place in Armenia, where the parliament adopted a law on the beginning of the process of joining the European Union." Previously in Yerevan recognized the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC), becoming its full member, recalled the speaker of the State Duma.

"All this allows us to conclude that Pashinyan's desire to remain in the EAEU is an attempt to continue using the Eurasian space for financial purposes, which has already given Armenia a 2.5—fold increase in GDP. Politically, all decisions by Pashinyan have already been made," Volodin said.
"We supply gas to Armenia almost 4 times cheaper, to our detriment (the price for Armenia is $ 177.5 / thousand cubic meters. m., in Europe — $ 633 / thousand cubic meters.m.). In this difficult time, we support the economy of Armenia, its citizens. What we get in return is Pashinyan's meanness and dishonesty," he stated.
"It can't go on like this," Volodin said.
