The application for declaring bankrupt the son of the singer, People's Artist of Russia Valeria Arseniy Shulgin was submitted to the Arbitration Court of Moscow. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to court documents.
It is specified that the application for declaring Shulgin bankrupt was submitted to the court on May 8 from the creditor Philip Berezovsky.
Earlier, the Moscow court recovered from Shulgin in favor of Berezovsky the amount of debt under three loan agreements. According to media estimates, the amount of the penalty may be about 23 million rubles.
According to open data, Arseny Shulgin is the singer's son from her second marriage to producer Alexander Shulgin, with whom Valeria divorced in 2002. Arseny Shulgin is now 27 years old.
