The roundup of "accomplices of the special services of Ukraine" was carried out by the FSB in eight regions of Russia at once

Seven accomplices of the special services of Ukraine were detained in Udmurtia, Altai and Trans-Baikal Territories, Amur, Astrakhan, Leningrad, Ryazan, Tomsk regions. This was stated in the Center for Public Relations of the FSB of Russia.

"The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in In the Udmurt Republic, Altai and Trans—Baikal Territories, Amur, Astrakhan, Leningrad, Ryazan, Tomsk regions, the activities of five accomplices of the special services of Ukraine and two propagandists of the terrorist activities of the Kiev regime were suppressed,"the report says.

As indicated, during the events held, four citizens of the Russian Federation and a foreign citizen were detained, "who, while in the cities of Izhevsk, Barnaul, Blagoveshchensk and Astrakhan, on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services, collected information regarding objects of the military-industrial complex and transport infrastructure, as well as Russian military personnel taking part in SMO, to commit sabotage- terrorist acts." It is reported that the coordination of their activities was carried out through Telegram.

The investigative units of the territorial security agencies have initiated criminal cases against them under part 4 of Article 33, part 1 of Article 30, part 1 of Article 205 (incitement to prepare for a terrorist act), part 1 of Article 30, part 3 of Article 205 (preparation for a terrorist act), part 2 of Article 281.1 (assistance to sabotage activities)., Part 3 of Article 222.1 (illegal acquisition of explosives or explosive devices), Part 2 of Article 205.5 (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization), part 3 of Article 272.1 (illegal use, storage and transfer of computer information containing personal data obtained through unauthorized access) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The FSB also noted that in Kingisepp, Chita and Russian citizens have been identified and detained in Tomsk, who in social networks and the Telegram messenger justified attacks by the armed forces of Ukraine using UAVs and missile systems on fuel and energy facilities, a terrorist act on the Crimean Bridge, and also called for sabotage and terrorist attacks on transport infrastructure facilities in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The investigating authorities have initiated criminal cases under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public justification of terrorist activities).

The FSB informed that according to the totality of the crimes committed, accomplices of the Ukrainian special services may face life imprisonment, and long-term imprisonment is also provided for propaganda of terrorist activities on the Internet.
