One of Putin's favorite performers recorded a song about SMO fighters

The leader of the Lyube group, author and performer Nikolai Rastorguev recorded a new song dedicated to the soldiers of a special military operation. He told Channel Five about this.

According to Rastorguev, the song is addressed to close SMO participants. There are a lot of such people, and a new job, including for them, is a common message with the wish to return home alive and well. At the same time, there is no binding to specific events in the lyrics of the song.

"An incredible number of families are waiting for their loved ones who participate in SMO. Of course, this is also for them, this song. And there is no direct connection with any specific combat, these military events. And this is just a song about it, about the fact that we are waiting for you alive and well. Come back soon," Rastorguev stressed.

Recall that it is known that Russian President Vladimir Putin respects and appreciates the creativity of the Lyube group, in the past he even attended a concert of the band. In the fall of 2025, at a meeting of the Valdai discussion club, the president quoted the band's hit.

"No one is ready to play by the rules set by someone alone and somewhere far away. As one very famous chansonnier sang with us: "Beyond the mists ...". Well, or there across the oceans," the head of state said.

As EADaily reported, in October last year, a playlist for childbirth from one of the medical institutions in Tyumen appeared on social networks. In particular, the songs of the Lyube group were included in it. Rastorguev then said that if his song suited a woman for childbirth, then it's good, "they did a good deed."
