The first shots from the place of derailment of the passenger train Chelyabinsk-Moscow in the Ulyanovsk region are published in social networks.

Passenger cars derailed in the Ulyanovsk region, tipped over on their side, people got out of them through the windows, Channel Five reports. It is known that 20 people received bruises. There is a child among the victims.

The passenger train "Chelyabinsk — Moscow" under the tail number 302 derailed in the Ulyanovsk region. The crash occurred at 06.26 Moscow time near Bryandino station. The train consisted of 15 cars, there were 415 people in them. Seven cars derailed and overturned.

The investigation of the state of emergency was handled by Sledkom and Volga Transport Prosecutor's Office. Experts will find out whether the requirements of the legislation on traffic safety and operation of railway transport were complied with.

To combat the consequences of the accident, recovery trains were sent to the site from Ulyanovsk, Bugulma, Syzran and Ruzaevka stations.
