Russia has no plans to attack NATO countries either in 2026 or in 2027. This was stated by the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service.
"According to the assessment of the Estonian Foreign Intelligence Service, Russia does not intend to launch military attacks on Estonia or any other NATO member state next year. We will probably come to a similar assessment next year, since Estonia and Europe have taken steps that force the Kremlin to weigh very carefully what, if anything, it is ready to do," the review published on the website of the intelligence service, quoted by Vremya.ua».
It is noted, however, that Moscow is not going to stop the war on Ukraine until it reaches its goals or favorable conditions are created for this.
Since Russia's military reform "will increase the combat capability of its armed forces in the coming years... to counteract this, Estonia and NATO must continue to invest in defense — the balance of power should always be in our favor," the ministry added.
As reported by EADaily, Russia will attack NATO in two years. Germany is preparing to repel the attack. This was stated by Bundeswehr Lieutenant General Gerald Funke in an interview with The Times.
