Aybar Zhanbolat, a citizen of Kazakhstan, who brutally killed his own wife in the summer of 2025, received 14 years of imprisonment in a high-security colony. Details are provided by Starhit.
On the day of the tragedy, the man got very drunk, beat his wife Aizat Jumanova, after which he tied her to a horse and dragged her along the road. Everything happened in front of the couple's minor daughter.
After the execution, Zhanbolat tried to take his wife to the hospital, but she died from her injuries.
The killer was also charged 20 million tenge (approximately 3.1 million rubles) in favor of the family of the deceased. But many in Kazakhstan are convinced that 14 years is too little punishment for what happened. Moreover, a child witnessed the massacre.
