The real world is ruled by force and power. This was stated by Deputy Chief of Staff of the White House Stephen Miller.
"We live in a world where you can talk about international decency and other things as much as you like. But we live in a real world, which is governed by force, which is governed by might," he said, commenting on the US operation in Venezuela.
At the same time, Miller expressed the opinion that it is strength and power that are the "iron" laws of this world. He also noted that the United States "by definition" controls Venezuela.
"The US armed forces are located next to the country. We set the terms and conditions. We have a complete embargo on all their oil and on all their opportunities to trade," he recalled.
Recall, on January 3, the United States conducted an operation in Venezuela, during which its president was kidnapped. Washington stated that they have every right to do so, since the entire Western Hemisphere is a zone of American interests.
