The singer, People's Artist of Russia Philip Kirkorov was obliged to vacate a private bank on the Moskva River within six months. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.
"After the inspection, Rosprirodnadzor recognized that the site is located in the coastal strip, which should be accessible to all," the publication says.
The agency issued a warning, according to which Kirkorov must vacate the site within six months.
In October 2025, Saratov businessman Gleb Ryskov filed a lawsuit against Kirkorov. He believes that the artist privatized the coastline illegally back in 2003, and in 2022 he allegedly merged three sites into one. The meeting is scheduled for the end of January — after it, Ryskov wants to get permission to use the land for a charity project to develop tourism.
