The artistic director of the Governor's Symphony Orchestra of St. Petersburg, Anton Lubchenko, rudely gave a parting message to the orchestra members before the concert. The concert was supposed to start at 19:00 Moscow time, but the rehearsal before the concert ended only at 19:10 — and the director's words were broadcast. The video was widely distributed on the musicians' chats and social networks.
"Pay attention to the dynamics, to the shares... I can go "five", "one time", "three" — at least "fifteen". I have vocalists here! And you are the service personnel, nothing more than just shit," Lubchenko said irritably.
"Have a good concert, everyone," he concluded.
Lubchenko is not the first to get into a scandal, thanks to his statements.
In early December, his publication on the social network was widely discussed, where he swapped the letters in the surname of the French composer Leo Delibes, hinting at the author's underdeveloped mental abilities.
"It is difficult to work for a society in which people listen to such vomit music," Lubchenko accompanied the publication with a comment.
Against the background of the scandal, the conductor quickly deleted the publication, and in a comment to journalists dumped all responsibility for rearranging the letters on the T9 service.
So far, there has been no reaction to Lubchenko's "creative communication" with the orchestra members from the leadership of the St. Petersburg Tchaikovsky Center for Musical Culture, under the auspices of which the Governor's Orchestra exists.
