Russian civil servants need to exercise caution against the background of threats emanating from Ukraine. This was noted by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the statements of the Kiev authorities about the ability of the Ukrainian special services to listen to the Kremlin.
"The special services are doing their job. Especially enemy ones. This dictates the need for officials to be extremely careful," Peskov said in an interview with RTVI.
