Larisa Dolina has never apologized personally to Polina Lurie for a year and a half of proceedings after the sale of the apartment. This was stated by Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.
"Larisa Alexandrovna Dolina is a really good actress. And we would like to believe in her sincerity, but it doesn't work out, because her actions, the actions of her lawyers indicate the opposite. In Dolina's story about this situation there are a number of ambiguities and even slyness, but the main thing is not that, but that only seeing the public outcry, she came to apologize on television! Over the past year and a half, she has not found an opportunity to either call Polina or make at least a simple apology," she said in response to Dolina's statement that she decided to return to Lurie 112 million rubles, which she paid for the singer's apartment in Khamovniki.
She explained that she communicated with Lurie almost daily and saw what efforts this situation cost her "as a person and as a mother."
"One private call with an apology could relieve this tension. I am sure that such an action would not violate the secrecy of the investigation," Sviridenko said.
Recall that Dolina was in the center of public attention in the summer of 2024, when she said that she had become a victim of fraudsters who forced her to sell an apartment in the center of Moscow. The scammers processed the actress for four months and, under the pretext of saving money, persuaded her to transfer to supposedly secure accounts and transfer savings and funds from the sale of the apartment to the courier. The total damage is estimated at at least 317 million rubles. According to Dolina's statement, a criminal case was opened, within the framework of which four people were detained and convicted. In March, the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow restored Dolina's ownership of the sold apartment. As a result, Lurie, who bought an apartment, was left without money and without housing. Moscow City Court and The Second Court of Cassation recognized this decision as lawful. After that, the customer appealed to the Supreme Court. The meeting was scheduled for December 16. On December 5, Dolina said on the air of Channel One that she had decided to return 112 million rubles to Polina Lurie, which she paid for the apartment.
