The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region has registered a lawsuit by the Palace of Sports company (Ice Palace concert venue) to recover 1.8 million rubles from the Golden Ring Folk Music and Song Theater, which was founded by People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Kadysheva.
"Sports Palace OJSC — statement of Claim… The defendants are the Golden Ring National Folk Music and Song Theater LLC," RIA Novosti quotes the court documents.
The essence of the claims to the Kadysheva Theater, whose director is her husband Alexander Kostyuk, is not specified. A court hearing on this claim has not yet been scheduled.
