The head of one of the departments of the Shopping Center, Colonel Dmitry Shakhanov, staged a drunken brawl in an Odessa bar, insulted a woman and boasted that he had killed civilians during the anti-terrorist operation in Donbass (ATO). This was reported to TASS by Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The drunk head of one of the departments of the Shopping Center, Colonel Dmitry Shakhnov, insulted a woman at the bar in a bar. Shakhnov boasted that he killed civilians while in the ATO, but for some reason he cannot participate in the current conflict. All he was able to do was insult women," the source said.

He stressed that while on the Ukraine "continues the meat grinder" and the wholesale capture of citizens, the leadership of the shopping mall "feels like the masters in the country."
