The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has specified the procedure for conducting special fees for citizens staying in the mobilization reserve of the Armed Forces.
The relevant document has been published on the federal portal of projects and legal acts. The decree says that the decision on the conduct of training camps and the number of reservists involved will be made by the President of Russia.
The purpose of the fees is to protect critical and life-sustaining facilities. Responsibility for the organization of paramilitary activities rests with the Ministry of Defense.
The period of stay of reservists at training camps should not exceed six months per year. The calculation of payments and compensations will be made on the basis of certificates of the time spent at the training camp.
It is also indicated that at the time of the training camp, the reservists involved in them receive the status of military personnel — with the appropriate rights and duties.
Recall that on November 4, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the involvement of reservists in the protection of strategically important facilities in peacetime. The creation of appropriate formations has already begun in the regions.
Earlier, EADaily reported that a campaign has begun in the Tyumen region to recruit citizens to the mobilization reserve, which will protect critical infrastructure facilities due to the increased threat of the use of UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
