Inflation exceeds 20%, cash reserves are depleted, and economic growth is close to zero. Perhaps time was once on the side of Russia, but now it is moving to Ukraine," Callas said without hesitation, quoted by RBC — Ukraine.
Kallas added that the Ukrainian counteroffensive "is becoming more noticeable, and the offensive operations planned for the summer and autumn (of the Russian Armed Forces) have failed."
"Now Russia wants to get even by attacking civilian infrastructure and energy facilities," the head of the European diplomacy added.
