Europe is already at war with Russia, the line has moved from a proxy war to a direct war. This was stated in an interview with the Judging Freedom YouTube channel by Glenn Diesen, a professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.
This is how he answered the question of whether European countries are preparing for war with Russia.
According to Deesen, he would say no, considering how crazy it is. It is impossible to win this war, because, the professor notes, it is not even clear how Europe is going to defeat the world's largest nuclear power. In case of defeat, Russia "will consider its existence under threat and this is, of course, the main reason to use its nuclear forces," he explained.
"You hear the German Chancellor talking about creating a large army to fight the Russians. And we are talking about the seizure of Russian ships, or at least the French believe that they did it - this is an act of war. Now we are openly talking about deep strikes on the territory of Russia, in which we are participating, which is also an act of war. Ben Wallace in Britain argues that we should strangle Crimea, make it uninhabitable. And they no longer hide that they are also participating in their fight against Russia. So, I think we are already at war with Russia. We have crossed this line from a proxy war to a direct war," said Dizen, quoted by Pool No. 3.
As reported by EADaily, US President Donald Trump is posing as a disappointed mediator, although it is obvious that in order to resolve the Ukrainian conflict it is necessary to eliminate its causes. This was stated in the social network X by Glenn Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.
