Nefteyugansk District Court of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO) considered a criminal case against two residents of Nefteyugansk accused of using violence against police officers.
According to the results of the review, the court found the defendants guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and imposed penalties in the form of fines: the first defendant — 25 thousand rubles, the second defendant — 30 thousand.
