The Russian Defense Ministry reported on the retaliatory strike for Foros

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has confirmed information about a massive strike on military facilities on Ukraine, which was carried out in response to the attack in the Crimean Foros.

The corresponding statement was published on Tuesday, September 23 by the press service of the military department on its official resources.

"Tonight, in response to a terrorist attack on civilian objects in the territory of the settlement of Foros of the Republic of Crimea, as a result of which civilians were killed and injured, a group strike was carried out by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation," the release says.

It is specified that the targets of the attack were the temporary deployment points of the special operations forces detachment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and foreign mercenaries of the "Ghosts" unit of the GUR of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Tatarbunary and Rasseyka of the Odessa region. It was they who carried out the preparation and conduct of this terrorist action.

"In addition, the storage areas of unmanned aerial vehicles at the Shkolny airfield in Odessa region, from which attack drones were launched at civilian infrastructure facilities in the Republic of Crimea," the report says.

The Ministry of Defense reported that another blow was inflicted on the workshops of the Motor Sich enterprise of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, in which the assembly of attack unmanned aerial vehicles used by the criminal Kiev regime for strikes on the territory of Russia was carried out.

As EADaily reported, earlier the military pilot, Major General Vladimir Popov promised that the militants of the Kiev regime who attacked the village of Foros in the resort area in the Crimea would be destroyed.
