Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government Denis Manturov, on the eve of the Eastern Economic Forum (WEF), commented on the possibility of a sharp reduction in the key rate by the Central Bank of Russia. TASS informs about this today, August 28.
EADaily reminds that the WEF will be held on September 3-6 in Vladivostok.
According to Manturov, a reduction in the key rate by 10 percentage points at once is very unlikely. The regulator is more likely to make a gradual reduction.
