Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin named the cause of the explosion that occurred on August 24 in the Central children's Store on Lubyanka. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

"The investigating authorities are establishing the cause of the incident (at the Central House of Artists in Moscow — EADaily). According to preliminary data, this is the result of a technical malfunction of the equipment," Sobyanin confirmed.
