Security guarantees for Ukraine cannot be unconditional for Ukraine itself, since these will be "security guarantees for the fascist corruption abscess in the center of Europe." This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

Such guarantees without conditions are impossible. And the conditions should include elections, the rights of Russian speakers, the cessation of persecution of the church, guarantees of human rights and freedom of speech," the deputy writes in his telegram channel.
