US President Donald Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin today "indirectly" and will call him when the meeting is over. He said this at the beginning of a meeting with European leaders and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at the White House.
"I had an indirect conversation with President Putin today. We will call President Putin immediately after this meeting. I am sure that we will have a serious meeting (today with the leaders of Europe. — EADaily), a good meeting, could be a great meeting. And we will try to develop a trilateral (meeting) after that and see if we can end it (the conflict)," he said.
As reported by EADaily, President Donald Trump, after meeting with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, and European leaders, will call Russian President Vladimir Putin. He told reporters at a joint briefing in the Oval Office.
