In Poznan, Poland, a 27-year-old Ukrainian was detained who mutilated at least 18 cars with a metal baton.
According to the police, the criminal acted "for no apparent reason", smashing the glass of cars parked in a residential complex in Poznan with a metal pipe.
"A citizen of Ukraine is responsible for damage caused to objects such as mirrors, headlights and bodywork (dents, scratches). An accurate assessment of the damage has not been carried out at the moment," the police said.
The Criminal Code provides for imprisonment for a term of three months to five years.
