Reports that the Russian Armed Forces have occupied the city of Chasov Yar are Russian disinformation. This was stated this evening by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, after a conversation with the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky.
"Today there were Russian fakes about Sentry Yar — this is Russian disinformation. Ukrainian units defend our positions, and we eventually repel all attempts by the enemy to advance — in Donetsk region, Sumy region, Kharkiv region," Zelensky said without meaning a word.
As reported by EADaily, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation today, on July 31, announced the capture of the town of Chasov Yar in the DPR, published figures of losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the battles for it.
They amounted to about 7.5 thousand military personnel, 11 tanks, 55 armored vehicles, 160 field artillery guns and mortars. The losses of the Russian army are not reported.
