The body of a 24-year-old serviceman of the 102nd Russian military base stationed in Armenia was found near an unfinished building in the city of Gyumri.
As reported by News.am "police and patrol officers found the body of a man with stab wounds on his hands in the specified place."
The man's body was found by a law enforcement officer in the 1 Boulevard lane.
