Iran will no longer allow the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, to visit its nuclear facilities. This was stated by Deputy Speaker of the country's parliament Hamid Reza Haji Babai, Mehr news agency reports.
Iran will also not allow the installation of surveillance cameras at its nuclear facilities, he added.
Babai said on Saturday that Iran's decision is related to the discovery of confidential data of the facility in documents received from Israel.
"The recent 12-day war is a continuation of the 47-year-old hostilities that the United States has been waging against the Iranian people. The essence of this enmity is not in the missiles or the nuclear program, but in the people of Iran. The United States is afraid of a nation of 90 million with a 7,000-year-old civilization that will not allow America to dominate the region," the vice speaker added.
As reported by EADaily, the speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, announced the entry into force of the law on the suspension of cooperation with the IAEA. This was reported by the IRNA news agency.
