More than 300 patients and 170 personnel of the Main Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation have been evacuated, the operational services told TASS.
"There was a short circuit in the basement of the Main Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Almost 500 people have been evacuated, including 170 personnel," the operational services noted.
Firefighters are working on the site. The building is partially de-energized.
