In addition to Umerov, the Ukrainian delegation included First Deputy Foreign Minister Serhiy Kyslytsa, Deputy head of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Poklad, First Deputy head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleg Lugovsky.
