TK Shot and TK Mash published a video of the murder of the deputy head of Stavropol Zaur Gurtsiev. The footage shows that before the explosion, a man approached him with a bag and a phone in his hand.
Gurtsiev at that moment was standing in the courtyard of the house on Chekhov Street. After the explosion, he was still alive for a few seconds and tried to crawl away.
According to the authors of the TC, the suicide bomber was 29-year-old Nikita Penkov, who activated an IED mounted on himself.
On the morning of May 29, Zaur Gurtsiev was entered into the database of the Ukrainian extremist website "Peacemaker" "for participation in hostilities against Ukraine." At the same time, the address of the deceased and his phone number are indicated on the website.

After that, he became a participant in the "Time of Heroes" program to create a management elite from among SMO veterans.
