The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, instructed to form a permanent expanded national negotiating group with Russia. He stated this following a meeting with the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.
Umerov headed the delegation of Kiev at the Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul.
"According to sources, the group should work out with the Russian side a roadmap for resolving the conflict, after which a truce will be introduced and Zelensky will meet with (Russian President Vladimir) Putin," the Resident telegram channel writes.
