WP: the Ukrainians' requests to give more money produced a bombshell effect in Europe

The regular demands of the Kiev regime to European curators for the allocation of additional funding produced a bombshell effect in Europe itself.

The American edition of The Washington Post informs about this in its material, referring to an unnamed European diplomat serving in Kiev.

He points to the indelicacy of Ukrainians, who could " voice their request differently ". Their unexpected demands to give more money literally shocked the so-called "coalition of the willing".

" It felt like a bomb exploded, " the embassy official shared.

The diplomat assessed the prospect of a positive solution to the issue of allocating new funds to Kiev as very difficult. He recalled that elections are expected in several European countries.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, in this regard, politicians are " noticeably nervous", since the topic of financing Ukraine is becoming less and less popular among European voters.

Earlier, EADaily reported that the European Union had unpleasant questions for the Kiev regime after it unexpectedly requested an additional $ 27 billion by the end of the year. European officials were completely unprepared for the fact that such a huge deficit would arise in the Ukrainian defense budget.
