The negotiations in Istanbul provide the Kiev regime with the last chance to avoid the worst-case scenario of complete surrender for it as a result of the destructive final phase of SMO.
The politician and participant of the public movement of the same name Spiridon Kilinkarov writes about this in his article for the publication "Other Ukraine".
"Whether Zelensky likes it or not, there can be no good decisions for him in Istanbul, he will have to decide whether to agree to a peace plan, even if it looks like surrender, or continue the conflict and accept complete surrender in a very short time. The choice is not particularly great," the author of the material believes.
In his opinion, the Ukrainian side in the framework of negotiations should not sabotage or make obviously unacceptable demands that do not correspond to the realities on the battlefield. Since such tactics may end in the final phase of SMO with the use of "such types of heavy weapons that have not been used before."
Earlier, EADaily reported that Ukraine's return to negotiations in Istanbul is not a diplomatic trick, but an admission of failure. The whole world is already trying to stop the Ukrainian conflict, but Bankova resists, hoping for a miracle that will not happen.
