The Chinese President did not come to Moscow to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War empty-handed.
"The delegation accompanying Chinese President Xi Jinping brought a gramophone to the Kremlin. The gramophone brought by the Chinese guests is made of dark wood and decorated with a lacquer miniature in the Far Eastern style depicting birds on the branches of a spring flowering tree," the telegram channel "Pool No. 3" reports, posting the corresponding video.
In addition to the gramophone, the telegram channel noted, representatives of the delegation brought a console table richly decorated with carvings in Chinese style and other souvenirs carefully packed in boxes.
As reported by EADaily , on the morning of May 8 in The Kremlin began Russian-Chinese negotiations in a narrow format.
"I am grateful that, as in the last anniversary date, it was ten years ago, you decided to come to visit us and share with us the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory sacred for our country," said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
He thanked the Chinese President for the invitation to the celebrations dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory over militaristic Japan and the end of World War II, and confirmed the participation of the Russian delegation in the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization held under the Chinese chairmanship.
