The Arbitration Court of the Voronezh Region accepted for consideration in a simplified procedure a lawsuit against Alexander Kostyuk— the spouse of People's Artist of Russia Nadezhda Kadysheva. This is reported by the author of the telegram channel "Secular Chronicle" journalist Alena Martynova.
RAO (Russian Copyright Society) filed a lawsuit with the court.
"RAO demands 180 thousand rubles from Alexander Kostyuk. They say he doesn't pay royalties to the authors of hits," the publication says.
Earlier, the promoter of the company "Ru-concert" Evgeny Morozov claimed that all the hits of the band "Golden Ring" and Kadysheva were written by Kostyuk. He also wrote the now popular song "Wreath" a few years ago, which brought the musicians a second wave of popularity.
As EADaily reported, on April 30, after a concert in Ivanovo, Kadysheva was attacked by one of her fans. After the curtain came down, one of the spectators made her way to the stage, "took the singer by the neck and shouted something unintelligible." After the incident, the attacker was detained. A police check was launched on this fact.
