American actor, director, screenwriter and producer Jean-Claude Van Damme addressed Russian President Vladimir Putin. The video message of the star was published in her telegram channel by Ukrainian journalist Diana Panchenko.
Van Damme said he was ready to come to Russia and become a world ambassador. He also recalled the only meeting with the Russian leader in Sochi at the open European Championship in fights without rules.
