According to requests received from Russian employers, the Russian Federation intends to attract more than 25 thousand labor migrants from Tajikistan. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tatarstan Shakhnoza Nodiri, Sputnik reports.
According to her, the Tajik authorities consider it important to turn the organized recruitment of citizens of the country to work in Russia has become an effective tool for regulating migration.
"It is especially important for us that this mechanism becomes not only an effective tool for regulating migration processes, but also an example of successful and stable interstate interaction between Tajikistan and Russia," Nodiri said.
