Kiev and Europe may not accept Russia's conditions for concluding a ceasefire agreement. This is reported by Bloomberg with reference to representatives of Western security services.
According to their information, the conditions previously put forward by Moscow on the issue of a possible settlement of the conflict on In Ukraine, they can be perceived by the European and Ukrainian sides as unacceptable.
