General Ter-Grigoryants: I will no longer return to Armenia, which is ruled by traitors

The current Armenian authorities have betrayed their people. This was stated by one of the key participants in the formation Armenian Armed Forces Lieutenant General Norat Ter-Grigoryants. In support of his words, he refused an Armenian passport, the Javkhk Diaspora of Russia TV channel reports.

"I went to the consulate and returned the passport of the Republic of Armenia.
