The Supreme Court of Dagestan considered a criminal case brought against two residents of Makhachkala for brewing coffee on Eternal flame, the press service of the court reports.
In 2023, women in front of the monument to the Soldier-Liberator in the Lenin Komsomol Park in Makhachkala began to brew coffee in two Turks over the flame of Eternal Flame. They were brought under the article "public insult to the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland, committed in public, by a group of persons" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
