The Government of the Russian Federation supported, taking into account the comments, a draft law according to which a decision on conscription, which was not executed during the conscription period, must be executed in the following periods of conscription within one year.
"The Government of the Russian Federation supports the bill, taking into account this comment," the document says, according to TASS.
The bill was developed by the head of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrei Kartapolov, amendments are proposed to supplement the law "On military duty and military service." As indicated in the Cabinet of Ministers, the document provides "that the decision on conscription, which was not executed during the period of conscription, in which it was adopted, is subject to execution in the following periods of conscription within one year from the date of adoption of the decision."
