Dozens of people were injured in an explosion in a crowd in the Chinese city of Shenyang.
The explosion occurred at the shopping center, where three days ago Xi Jinping congratulated the Chinese on the upcoming Spring Holiday. At least three dead were reported, and more than 30 people were injured.
