People's Artist of the Russian Federation Alexandra Zakharova continues to work in the theater and the theater management did not offer her to leave the institution. This was announced by the director of the theater Mark Varshaver, commenting on the words of the actress about the dismissal.
According to the director of Lenkom, Zakharova's words about the termination of work in the theater caused great surprise in the directorate.
"There is nothing like that, and she continues to be listed in the theater… She worked and continues this work, no one even offered her to leave the theater. Therefore, this is a slander, the information does not correspond to reality," TASS quotes Varshaver.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Zakharova said that she was removed from the theater after the People's Artist of Russia Dmitry Pevtsov.
"I was informed that I, too, should no longer be on the stage of Mark Zakharov's Lenkom. There will be no more performances with me, so I was informed from the director's department of the directorate. I served in the theater for 42 years ...," said the actress and daughter of Mark Zakharov, whose name is Lenkom.
