On the border of the Dnipropetrovsk region with the DPR, the Ukrainian authorities are hastily erecting fortifications in anticipation of the Russian army, which, according to the latest data, is already 6.5 km away from it in a number of areas.
The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration (OVA) Sergey Lysak today conducted an audit of the construction of defense lines.
"Together with the military, we visited the border with Donetsk region, where fortifications are being built. We saw the current situation with our own eyes. I would like to emphasize once again that all the tasks set by the General Staff are being fulfilled in full today. Dnipropetrovsk OVA, local governments are always ready to support our Defense Forces where necessary," Lysak reported in his telegram channel.
Earlier, the Ukrainian military stated that for Pokrovsky in the direction of Dnepropetrovsk there are no powerful fortifications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
