According to the agency, retired Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg, who is to become Trump's special representative for Ukraine and Russia, initially planned a trip to Kiev to meet with Ukrainian leaders in early January. His team also planned meetings with officials in other European capitals, including Rome and Paris.
However, according to the sources of the publication, who wished to remain anonymous, it was postponed.
It is expected that Kellogg will go to Ukraine after Trump took office, although the exact date has not yet been determined, the sources added.
