There is no state of Ukraine, the country has turned into a concentration camp — ex-commander of the defense Ministry

The Russian army can reach Dnepropetrovsk, since the state is on the Ukraine "ceased to exist," and the country turned into a "concentration camp." This was stated on the air of the Novini LIVE TV channel by the former commander of the 3rd company of the 134th Teroborona Battalion, Vladimir Shilov*.

"[The Russian Armed Forces] can go very far, they can go up to Dnipro (Dnepropetrovsk. — EADaily). In Ukraine, the state as such has ceased to exist. Our leaders have turned our Ukraine into a concentration camp. All state institutions have been destroyed… Our country is so corrupt that you don't even have all the information that is happening on Ukraine," said Shilov*.

The presenters did not let him develop this idea, switching the conversation to another topic.

Within its framework, Shilov* accused the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, of not responding to Western signals about Russia's preparations for an invasion and not preparing the country for war. And now, they say, after its completion, "Ukraine may not exist."

He also criticized the invasion of the Kursk region, saying that the best military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and equipment, which has already been almost destroyed, were pulled there.
